- Have a consistent daily quite time.
- Actively build relationships with the men on the hall
- Wholeheartedly pursue the vision for the hall
- Regularly pursue witnessing opportunities
- Set an example in:
o Speech
o Attitude
o Spiritual walk
o Servant-hood
o Obedience to the Liberty Way

Expectations for Spiritual Life Directors

- Briefly and actively build relationships with each Prayer Leader
- Act as Prayer Leaders for the Prayer Leaders
- Promote accountability with leadership
- Help lead Residence Hall Leadership Meeting
- Maintain an open door policy on the hall
- Pray for, pray with, disciple, and love each man on the team
- Mentor a possible future SLD

Expectations for Prayer Leaders

- Pray for, pray with, disciple, and love each man in your prayer group
- Actively build relationships with the men in your prayer group outside of prayer group
- Maintain an open door policy with the members of your prayer group
- Open your rooms for CFAW & Visitors
- Attend RHLM and Prayer leader meetings (allowed 2 misses each)
- Mentor a possible future Prayer Leader
